Our Programs

Each programme starts with a need a community has named, and ends with a result we can measure. Five programme areas carry our six aims and objectives, with one standard of evidence.

Our work: five programme areas

Every programme area serves at least one of the Foundation's six aims and objectives: digital literacy, educational equality, monitoring and evaluation, policy advocacy, tools, devices and connectivity, and free digital skills training. Each programme page lists the objectives it serves.

01
Digital Inclusion

Devices, connectivity and free internet access for learners in need, through shared hubs placed where people already gather and the distribution of laptops and tablets.

02
Digital Skills & Employability

Free workshops in basic computer skills, digital marketing, web development, data analytics, coding, digital finance and cybersecurity, with mentoring into work and employers involved from the first week.

03
Responsible AI & Digital Rights

Safe, ethical and inclusive technology in public services and schools, including AI-driven learning and interactive platforms that make free education work better, and a voice for communities in how it is used.

04
Women, Youth & Underserved Communities

Rural areas, low-income groups and disadvantaged populations first in every cohort and every hub, with priority for women and young people.

05
Research & Policy

Data-driven monitoring and evaluation of learning outcomes, and advocacy with governments, institutions and stakeholders to integrate digital education into national and regional education frameworks.

Ministries hold more data than they can use. Graduates hold more skill than they can apply. A twelve-month fellowship puts the two together, in the room where decisions are made.

Women in Digital Trade

Women run most of Nigeria's market stalls and hold a small fraction of its mobile-money accounts. Short, practical sessions at the stall can change that.
