Digital Equity & Innovation Foundation collects only the personal data needed to answer enquiries, run programmes and evaluate them. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Enquiries sent through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to answer them. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe from any email, and their address is then deleted.
Programme participants, including learners on free courses and people using a hub, are told what is collected and why, and can withdraw consent at any time. Learning outcomes are measured in aggregate so that no individual can be identified in published results. Impact stories and photographs are published only with written consent.
We process data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Requests to access, correct or delete personal data can be sent to the Trustee Secretary at the registered office.
